Duration of Courses
You may enroll in Arab Academy’s Arabic language program on a full-time, part-time or flex-time basis as follows:
– Full-time: 4 hours per day X 5 days a week.
– Part-time: 2 hours per day X 2 days a week.
– Flex- time: we agree on the number of hours as per your needs.
** This means that you can find the right schedule for you whether you are a study abroad student or a resident in Cairo.
Payment & Refund Policy
– Payment for the program is by month, semester or academic year. You are expected to pay for your program in advance, and attend your classes. If you do not attend for any reason, you should make up the classes you missed online.
– When a student is absent, our policy does not allow for make-up classes as we do block the space and the teachers for the student.
– You may request 75% refund 3 weeks before the start date of the program. After that only 50% refund may be given up to the first day of classes.
